Aditya Maddali is a third year internal medicine resident at George Washington University hospital. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Maryland College Park, and medical school at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. During residency, he has developed strong interests in cardiology and the systems that shape the delivery of high-quality cardiovascular care. Through clinical training and research, he has become interested in health policy, particularly in areas related to improving access to specialty care. His goal is to continue at GW as a chief resident and then pursue fellowship training in cardiovascular disease. Ultimately, he hopes to integrate clinical cardiology with health policy to advance equitable, high-quality cardiovascular care.
