Aerial Petty is the current Family Medicine CPV-GW Health Policy Research Fellow at the American Board of Family Medicine and George Washington University. She recently graduated from residency at New York Presbyterian- Columbia University, where she was chief resident. She currently serves as the Resident Member to the American Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors and as a member of the American Osteopathic Association's Bureau on Federal Health Programs. Her research interests include health disparities and community medicine research with a focus on language concordance within the healthcare setting and housing equity as it relates to healthcare outcomes.
