Carrie Andrews is a third-year psychiatry resident at George Washington University. She completed her undergraduate training at Presbyterian College and medical school at University of South Carolina-Columbia. She then moved on to complete her intern year of psychiatry residency at University of West Virginia. She is currently the co-chair of the On-Call Committee and Child and Adolescent Interest Group in the Psychiatry Department of GW. She was recently appointed a fellowship position at Children's National Hospital in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to start in July 2020. Her future career interests include specializing in the Infant and Toddler population, as well as school-based mental health.
