Claudine Nwadiozor, MD
United Health Care, Family Medicine 
PGY-2


Dr. Claudine Nwadiozor, is a second-year family medicine resident at The Wright Center for GME, National Family Medicine Program, in partnership with Unity Healthcare. She is a Nigerian American and leader, having served in many capacities. Currently, she serves as Education lead for her Residency program. Dr. Nwadiozor is also a 2024 AAFP ELI scholar. As a Physician, she finds joy in educating and equipping her patients, advocating on their behalf, and serving her community at large. As a mentor for underrepresented pre-medical and medical students, she creates safe spaces with the aim to diversify the face of medicine, emphasizing the importance of training, recruiting, and retaining diverse providers. As her career progresses, she is dedicated to lifelong learning, advancing health equity, and fostering a diverse group of medical professionals who reflect the communities we serve.
