Divya Natarajan is a second year pediatric critical care fellow at Children’s National Hospital. She completed her undergraduate training at the Georgia Institute of Technology majoring in both Biomedical engineering and Biology. She then completed a master's in clinical science at the University of Cambridge in England before returning to the United States to complete medical school at Washington University at St. Louis. She then matched at Pediatrics residency at Seattle Children's, University of Washington. While there she was the resident advocacy lead, making multiple trips to the capital to advocate for health policy reform. Divya's clinical and academic interests are to expand the use of point of care ultrasound in high and low resource settings to expedite clinical decision making for critically ill children. She also wants to center Legislative and Health Policy advocacy in her future career.
