Eva DuGoff is a senior health advisor with the Senate Finance Committee majority staff. She covers Medicare Advantage and ACA marketplace issues for the Committee. Before joining the Committee, Eva worked at the Berkeley Research Group as an Associate Director. She also served on the faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and University of Maryland. Eva holds a PhD in public health from Johns Hopkins University.
