Hunter Pattison is the current health policy clinical fellow in the Department of Emergency Medicine at University of California (UC) - Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. He completed his undergraduate training in biological sciences at University of Florida, as well as his master’s degree in physiology at Georgetown University, before returning back to his home state for his medical training at University of Florida College of Medicine. He then completed his residency in emergency medicine at UC-Davis Medical Center, including serving as chief resident last year. Throughout his training, he has been extensively involved with organized medicine and grassroots advocacy efforts on a local, state and national level. He currently serves as the advocacy fellow for the California chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (CAL/ACEP), as well as American Medical Association - Resident & Fellows Section representative to the AMA LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee.
