Kammeron Brissett, MD 
Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow , PGY-6
Children's National Hospital


​Dr. Kammeron Brissett is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC. She completed her undergraduate education at The Ohio State University, earned her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, and completed her Pediatric Residency and Chief Residency at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. 

Her academic interests include injury prevention, health equity, and addressing social drivers of health in the pediatric emergency care setting. She is passionate about advancing health equity through policy-informed initiatives that address social and structural drivers of health. Her goal is to integrate clinical care, research, and advocacy to improve emergency care systems and promote equitable outcomes for children.
