Dr Dominguez practices primary care and hospital medicine. He has an MPH in healthcare finance and worked for the US House Energy & Commerce Healthcare Subcommittee. After completing a Fellowship in Health Policy at GW, he helped originate the PPS course at GW SMHS, and now lectures at Georgetown SOM. He has worked extensively in quality, health economics, and population health, and serves as the CMO for WellPoint DC, a managed Medicaid plan.
