Melissa Peace is a child and adolescent psychiatry fellow at Children's National where she serves as chief fellow to the outpatient division. She earned her medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, completed her general psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina and a psychoanalytic fellowship at the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis. She is involved in organizational leadership within AACAP, serving as advocacy liaison to the greater DC chapter and is a child fellow to the Group for Advancement of Psychiatry.
