Micah Ernst, MD, MPH

Micah Ernst is a second-year pediatric resident in the Leadership in Advocacy, Under-resourced Communities and Health equity (LAUnCH) Track at Children's National. She completed undergraduate training at Howard University, obtained a Master of Public Health at Emory University and attended medical school at Meharry Medical College. She is an experienced health equity advocate for disparaged local, national, and foreign populations. Her career goal is to change the lives of underserved children and families as a burgeoning pediatrician, physician-scientist and leader in the healthcare field through community-engaged research, policy implementation and primary care
