Rachael Odusanya is a second-year pediatric resident at Children's National Hospital. She completed her undergraduate training at Brandeis University in Waltham MA, as a STEM Posse Scholar, took 2 gap years as a SDH/peds nephrology/peds infectious disease program coordinator, attended medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia where she also received her master's in urban bioethics. She is currently interested in outcome measures of pipeline programs to health care careers specifically targeting middle school and high school aged students in order to advocate for further funding for them.
