Jennifer Lee, MD is a physician executive committed to driving change to improve the health of communities and vulnerable populations. She has served in leadership roles in academia and at the highest levels of state and federal government, including the nation’s largest integrated health care system and Virginia’s largest health insurer. She is skilled at leading change in large complex organizations, building high-performing teams, and successfully navigating challenging political environments to achieve results.
