Chelsea Martin is a second-year pediatrics resident at Children’s National Hospital. She completed her undergraduate training at Howard University and her master’s and medical degree at Meharry Medical College. She currently serves as a second-year resident class liaison and a member of the Patient & Resident Safety Committee. Her career goals include practicing pediatric emergency medicine with advocacy interest in safe sleep, injury prevention, and sexual/reproductive health.
