Sara Rosenbaum, JD
Dr. Sara Rosenbaum is a nationally recognized health law and policy scholar whose work has shaped Medicaid policy, health access, and legal frameworks for health equity in the United States. As a co-founder of RFHP, she helped establish a program connecting emerging health professionals with real-world health policy experience. Her scholarship has advanced protections for underserved populations and strengthened the legal foundations of health care access.
