Francisco Cerda is a third-year resident in Pediatrics at Children’s National who is in the Leadership in Advocacy, Under-resourced Communities, and Health (LAUnCH) track. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at Loyola Marymount University. He completed medical school at University of California, Irvine and was part of the Program in Medical Education for the Latino Community (PRIME-LC). He additionally obtained a Master’s in Public Health at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. His passion is combine his public health and medical training to serve children of immigrant families.
