Pam Bailey
Co-founder and Managing Director, More Than Our Crimes
Pam grew up in Chicago, where she began her career as a daily newspaper crime reporter. After working in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds, she founded We Are Not Numbers, a youth program in the Gaza Strip. That project is the subject of a new book by the same name. She later co-founded More Than Our Crimes and serves as its managing director, as well as serves as communications advisor for the Prison Education and Reform Alliance (PERA).
