Alex Villeda is a 2nd year pediatrics resident at Children's National. He completed undergraduate and medical training at Duke University. He has experience related to curriculum design, community partnerships, fundraising, and quality improvement as he had created and led a health justice pathways program for Latinx high school teenagers. He is in the Leadership in Advocacy, Under-resourced Communities and Health Equity (LAUnCH) Track and is beginning to work with community partners on work related to sexual and reproductive health goals for young parents.
