Over the last fifteen years, over 700 interprofessional medical residents and fellows have participated in the Residency Fellowship in Health Policy. Many have gone on to become national experts and policy influencers. Course participants site the exposure they received as pivotal in career development, steering them towards academic and advocacy engagement.
