Angela Wu is a 4th year emergency medicine resident at George Washington University Hospital. She completed a Bachelor of Science in physiology at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, which is also where she attended medical school and received an MD/MPH dual degree. She has been involved in health policy advocacy and organized medicine since joining the American Medical Association as a 1st year medical student and has since been a voting delegate representing the Resident and Fellow Section for the last 2 years. She is also a current board member of the Emergency Medicine Residents' Association and interested in increasing health policy education and advocacy opportunities for trainees
