Bohan Liu is a fourth year radiology resident at George Washington University. Originally from Boston, he completed his undergraduate training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he majored in Biology and first became interested in health policy and innovation. After working in hematology research and healthcare consulting, he received his M.D. at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He is currently one of the Chief Radiology Residents at George Washington University and also a Captain in the United States Air Force. After residency training, he will serve as a general Diagnostic Radiologist before pursuing additional fellowship training. His research interests include applications of artificial intelligence to healthcare with a focus on improving accuracy and efficiency in radiology. His long term career goals include healthcare innovation, as well as improving patient access and outcomes in healthcare.
