Caitlin Davis, MD, MSc
Hospital Payment Policy & Care Redesign Program Lead, Maryland Total Cost of Care (MD TCOC) Model, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI)


Caitlin Davis, MD, MSc, is the Hospital Payment Policy and Care Redesign Program lead for the state of Maryland Total Cost of Care (MD TCOC) Model at the CMS Innovation Center (CMMI) and an appointed member of the steering committee for the DC Society of Health Policy Young Professionals (SHPYP). She leverages a clinically informed perspective on healthcare payment policy through stakeholder engagement, mixed methods thought leadership, expertise in program design, and health industry experience across public and private sector roles. A graduate of The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences with a Master's degree in Economics, Dr. Davis is passionate about healthcare innovation, health system sustainability through value-based care and incentive design, and bringing a clinical perspective to policy development and implementation.
