Jessica Sokol, MPH, MD
Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Family Medicine
PGY-2


Jessica Sokol is a PGY-2 in Family Medicine at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. She completed undergraduate training at Boston University, and an MPH and medical school at Wright State University. She has previous experience working with the LGBTQ+ population in conducting a community assessment of Southwest Ohio with many local organizations and helping to create the LGBTQ+ curriculum for her medical school. She also was able to work at the Dayton Ohio Department of Public health in the office of the medical director at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. She also currently serves as a member of the CAFP Student-Resident Council. Her career goal is t​o practice well-rounded family medicine and also work to create healthy communities.
