Lynette Bradley-Baker
Dr. Lynette Bradley-Baker is the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Engagement at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP). As the second-in-command at AACP, she reports directly to the Executive Vice President and leads the professional staff responsible for Advocacy/Government Affairs, Communication, Knowledge Management, Membership, Professional Affairs, and Science Policy. She has been on staff at AACP since August 2010 and has held the positions of Director of Professional Alliance Development and Vice President of Public Affairs and Engagement.
Dr. Bradley-Baker graduated from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Graduate School with a Doctor of Philosophy, with an emphasis on patient education/information services. Prior to joining AACP, she worked in a variety of settings including academia, community-based pharmacy and a health-research firm. In July 2015, Dr. Bradley-Baker completed two 4-year terms (governor appointed) on the Maryland Board of Pharmacy. She has held various leadership roles in the Maryland Pharmacists Association and is also a past-president and board member of the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy Alumni Association. She is the author of a book published by the American Pharmacists Association, Getting Started as a Pharmacy Manager and co-author of The Pharmacist Career Journey: Planning for Career Development, Progression and Maximization (to be released in 2023). Dr. Bradley-Baker earned the ASAE Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in June 2019.
