Miglia is a 3rd year psychiatry resident at George Washington University and is fast-tracking into Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship this July at Children’s National. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and her master’s from Boston University. She attended A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona for medical school. Miglia’s interests include cross- cultural psychiatry, pediatric addictions, and psychoanalysis. Miglia has worked extensively with the Asian American community, serving in various leadership roles, planning committees, and through research. Her past research projects have concentrated on investigating mental health issues within the Asian American community and identifying various risk factors.
