Qais Zalim, MBBS
Children's National Medical Center, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellow
PGY-6


Qais Zalim is a second-year psychiatry fellow at Children's National.  He is originally from Trinidad and Tobago and completed his medical education at the University of West Indies in Trinidad.  He completed a 4-year adult psychiatry fellowship at the Wright Center for graduate medical education in Scranton, Pennsylvania.  He has experience in and is interested in community mental health as well as expanding psychiatric services to under resourced populations.
