Theodore Fagrelius, MD
George Washington University, DC VA Emergency Medicine Department

​Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellow

Theodore Fagrelius is a fellow in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at George Washington University. He completed his undergraduate training at Saint John's University in Collegeville, MN, medical school at the University of Minnesota, and emergency medicine residency at Johns Hopkins. Following residency, he worked for several years in community emergency medicine in New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland as well as in the VA system at Martinsburg, WV and the DC VA Department of Emergency Medicine. Following fellowship, he will continue to work in emergency medicine but with an interest in leadership and palliative care integration in emergency medicine.
