Wei-Jen Chua Yankelevich is a Family Medicine resident physician at Unity Health Care in Washington, DC. She completed her PhD study at Washington University in St. Louis, and medical school at MSUCOM. She has leadership experience with the DC chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians as a resident representative, with her residency program as a member of the Residents Wellness Committee. She is an advocate for resident and physician well-being that she would be interested in health policy that promotes joy at work and prevents burn-out. Her clinical focuses include lifestyle medicine, medication-assisted treatment for opioid recovery, and osteopathic manipulative medicine for healing and pain management. She also promotes the equity of access and utilization of digital health among her patients. She is recently accepted to the Digital Health Fellowship of Doximity.
